Use of Service

You may not use our services to generate, distribute, or store content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringing on third-party rights. Automated access, scraping, or excessive API usage beyond agreed limits is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation of these policies without prior notice.

Billing and Access

Paid plans and credits are governed by the billing policy and plan terms in effect at purchase time. We may suspend access for fraud, abuse, or non-payment.

Intellectual Property

ZIGGY AI LLC retains rights in the website, software, and service materials. Customer rights in outputs are governed by the active plan and written agreement.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, upstream provider outages, and force majeure events may affect service availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of planned downtime in advance.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZIGGY AI LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to ZIGGY AI LLC in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, United States.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users or through a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
